I’m a Southern American (she/her) living in England with my Bristolian partner and two kids. Mainly, I am a YA/women’s fic writer, anti-racist, immigrant, Nerdfighter, former Hollywoodite, dyslexic, recovering middle school teacher who has lived around the world and had a variety of work and life experience.
I’ve been on some short lists, some long lists, and I won the Yeovil Literary Prize in 2018. I founded the critique group, Ink and Paper, in 2021. In 2023, I won the Georgia Romance Writer’s Maggie Award for unpublished women’s fiction.
I believe in promoting diversity through more than just tweets and biographical statements. If you’re from a marginalized community and would like editorial feedback, especially with a query – get in touch and I’m willing to help.
